I’m so pleased to report this quarter that we have two exciting new features of this ministry.
Interlocked
As many of you know, other ministries have relied on the Biblical Framework material. For three years I helped a dear Singapore couple create a published version of the Framework that is addressed to middle-school- and high-school-age students. This couple condensed the entire 224 Bible Framework lessons to 56 printed color lessons with ingenious illustrations. Their ministry in Singapore presents the Framework in printed full-color format called Interlocked. It is free on the worldwide web Interlocked and is also referenced in our Bible Framework Applied website. The Interlocked team has scheduled a 2027 Interlocked Zoom Class that begins May 5, 2027. Artios – Brazil
Jeff Phipps, a Biblical Framework Ministries board member, reports on his missionary work exposing Brazilian pastors to the Framework approach to the Bible:
“The Lord continues to open doors for the Bible Framework in Brazil. Through Bible Framework Brazil—Artios, our teaching and training ministry leader—Charlie’s material is being taught to a new generation of Brazilian believers hungry for a coherent biblical worldview. Our conferences continue to draw a remarkably young audience—the average attendee is just 22 years old—and our pastors’ training is bearing fruit as men grounded in the Framework take up faithful, verse-by-verse teaching ministries of their own.
“We are especially excited to announce our first church plant, in the city of Natal. This church is the outworking of more than ten years of teaching and training alongside our partners on the ground. Pastor Rui, a trusted ministry partner that I have personally discipled for seven years, will lead the congregation. Bible Framework AI Study Tool
Jeff reports on another initiative he is working on:
“We are also working to extend the reach of Charlie’s teaching in a new way: an AI study tool built on the complete Bible Framework series. The goal is simple—allow a student anywhere in the world to ask a question and receive an answer drawn from and faithful to Charlie’s actual teaching, with the material itself as the authority rather than the machine. To keep that promise, we have built our own server and hardware, so the content is managed and directed entirely on our own equipment rather than entrusted to an outside platform. At this stage we are waiting on the Lord’s provision to expand that server’s capacity for public deployment. These efforts are expensive, but well worth it. If anyone is led to support this work, please mark your donation “Clough AI Project.” We will share more as the work matures, and we ask for your prayers for wisdom as we steward this remarkable body of teaching for the next generation.” Stay tuned …

Thank you for your notifications and patience as both websites (bibleframework.org and bibleframeworkapplied.org) were recently hacked and made unavailable for access. We’d appreciate your prayers that the Lord would protect our sites from malicious harm so that people around the world can benefit from the Bible Framework.

- For Charles’ health, especially regarding a couple of recent issues. Please pray for increased strength, balance, and endurance
- For Carol Clough in managing Charles’ medications and dietary needs to keep him in optimum health – both physically and mentally.
- For me (Charles) to incorporate into the Bible Framework what I have learned since 2013 from the many Chafer Seminary students that I have taught over the years.
- For the folks in the West Houston Bible Church who work continuously to manage website issues, respond to orders for the many series available, and order the necessary supplies.
- For the creation of high-quality digital files of the original Bible Framework cassette tapes.
- For the Bible Framework to reach thousands throughout the world, and to enhance their spiritual lives.
